Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she coaches athletes. Annie is the first woman to have ever won two CrossFit Games. In 2010, she finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter, athlete as well as a media star. She was the first female to be awarded the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. Also, she was credited with taking home in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was brought up by her parents in Reykjavik Iceland. As a working out enthusiast from at an early age, Annie participated in various school games and also won numerous awards. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. Her performance was good in her initial games. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 years old older (as in 2021). She stands at 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit Training in California in 2009. Annie was able to do quite well through the first couple of games. Annie was ranked among top 10 of over 70. The team was unable to earn any titles, but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. After one year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. In 2012 Annie again won the CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first woman who has won twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. And in 2021, she won with a bronze. Annie is a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many other. Her own Youtube channel, which is named "Annie", with over 1000 subscribers. It is the channel where she shares videos about training diet, family life and travel.
